Terms of use
BidEconomics publishes rankings and statistics derived from public bidding pages and from bids placed on our own board. The site is informational. It is not a broker, exchange, or investment service. BAI is an activity index, not a financial instrument.
Third-party bid figures belong to the platforms that publish them. We restate what those pages show at scrape time. If a source board is wrong, delayed, or offline, our tape will be too. We do not guarantee completeness, ranking outcomes, or click delivery on any third-party site.
You may view and cite BidEconomics pages with attribution. You may not scrape our HTML as a substitute for the JSON API, overload the service, or present our numbers as your own product without saying where they came from.
First-party bids are prepaid. Unused balance remains yours until spent on clicks or withdrawn under the rules posted on the bid flow. We may refuse, pause, or remove a listing that is unlawful, deceptive, or hostile to the board.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of BidEconomics. If a provision fails, the rest still apply. Questions: use the removal or submit-platform forms, or write through the contact path listed on those pages.
